💸 ENTRY & PAYOUTS
• Entry: $42
• $30 to Prize Pool
• $10 to WeWin Foundation benefiting Heatherdowns Hurricanes Boys Baseball 12u
• $2 Processing Fee
• Rebuy: $42 (same breakdown)
• 1st Place Guaranteed: $1,000 Minimum
• Payouts scale up based on number of entries
**Early sign ups (before Aug 16th) get $20 Free bet if they reach Conf. Champ Weekend, regardless of how they finish**
📆 SCHEDULE
• Regular Season: Aug 30 – Dec 6
• Bowl Season: Dec 13 – Jan 2
• CFP Rounds: Jan 8, Jan 9, Jan 19
🏈 THE BASICS
• Starts Week 1: August 30
• Pick 1 AP Top 25 team each week to win their game.
• That team’s opponent must be bowl eligible:
• No FCS/sub-division teams
• No teams eliminated from bowl eligibility (must still be able to reach 5+ wins)
• You may NOT pick the same team twice.
• If your team loses, you may rebuy once for $42.
• Rebuys close after Week 8 (Oct 19).
• Duplicate picks = Loss
• No pick = Auto-assigned highest-ranked available AP team you haven’t yet used
• Picks are FINAL and must be submitted at least 1 day before that team’s game.
• Standings will be posted under the “August Contest” tab— it’s your responsibility to check.
• Late entries are allowed(up to Week 2):
• You take a 0 for Week 1
• No rebuys allowed for late entries
🧮 TOTAL POINTS (Used for Ranking & Tiebreakers)
• Each correct pick earns points equal to the team’s AP ranking:
• Example: Pick #3 Georgia = 3 pts
• Example: Pick #22 Kansas = 22 pts
• Wrong pick = 0 pts
• Total points are used for:
1.Weekly and season rankings
2.Bowl Season eligibility
3.Tiebreakers
🏟️ BOWL SEASON STRUCTURE
• The Top 21 in total points (or all remaining players, whichever is fewer) advance to Bowl Season.
• Each player picks 1 team to win a bowl game *must be a team you haven’t picked yet.*
• All correct picks advance to the CFP Survivor Rounds.
🏆 CFP SURVIVOR ROUNDS
• Jan 8: Pick a CFP team to win. All correct picks advance.
• Jan 9: Pick another CFP team to win. All correct picks advance.
• Jan 19: Final round. Pick again.
• Among those who pick correctly, Total Points determine final placement.
• If all players pick wrong in any round = No Blood (nobody eliminated).
Note: No points are awarded during CFP rounds, points stop accumulating after Bowl Season
⚠️ IF THE CONTEST ENDS EARLY
If the contest ends before Jan 19, Total Points will determine final standings and payout positions.

The Heatherdowns Hurricanes 12u are a brand-new team, built this year from a group of young athletes who absolutely love the game and families who are all-in to support that passion.
We’re raising funds to cover essential costs like equipment, umpire fees, and travel for out-of-town tournaments. We also hope to get team bags for every player something that’s not included in the regular team fees but would mean a lot to these kids.
Every Entry gives us more than the ability to just play baseball. It allows me, as their coach, to mentor them, teach them life lessons, and help them grow both on and off the field all while making memories they’ll never forget.
